CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

• Abstracts must be submitted electronically and online
• Abstracts will be accepted in English only
• The abstract title must not exceed 125 characters in length
• Abstracts must not exceed 400 words in length (not including title and authors)
• Tables may be included and each will count as 100 words
• A maximum of 2 images may be included; each will count as 100 words
• Tables, images and graphs must be uploaded in JPG or TIFF format at 300 dpi and 100% size. Any higher resolution is acceptable.
• Abstracts must be structured with the following:
  • Background
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• The presenting author of an accepted abstract must be registered by September 18, 2020
• There is no fee for submitting an abstract
• There is no limit to the number of co-authors per abstract
• There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may submit
• Encore abstracts will be accepted
• Trial-in-progress abstracts will be accepted
• Special consideration will be given to authors < 4 years from completion of fellowship training (no proof required)
