Please note that a credit card is required to complete the room booking. The credit card used to book the reservation will be charged the full non-refundable stay 30 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after July 31, 2020 will be charged room and tax for the full stay which will be applied to the credit card on file. Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of the hotel reservation and the non-refundable deposit of the full stay will have been charged to the credit card on file. No refunds for cancellation, no show or shortening length of stay will be issued within 30 days of arrival. Please reconfirm the length of your stay with the hotel at check in-time. Should you decide to leave earlier, the hotel will charge for all nights reserved.
Housing Bureau
The Conference Secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for NACLC 2020. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Conference delegates only.
The success of the NACLC 2020 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Conference hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. NACLC cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Conference in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Conference at risk.
Please be aware that you may receive phone calls or emails from organizations who will claim to be calling on behalf of NACLC 2020 and will offer discounted hotel rates to Conference delegates in Chicago. They will request a contract and payment information from you to take advantage of their alleged discounts.
